Christmas came early for us as we announce that CLW Water Group has been selected by the City of Burleson to expand their Industrial Blvd Pump Station!
The procurement process was a competitive sealed proposal (CSP) with award criteria based on contractor qualifications and bid price. This approach allowed us to showcase our team's experience in pump stations and ground storage tank construction, leading to the City selecting CLW for this critical infrastructure project.
This $20M+ expansion project includes a new 2400 square foot, 14.4-MGD pump station that will feature three 5000-gpm horizontal split case pumps with 400-HP motors. Additionally, it involves a new 2-MG prestressed concrete ground storage tank and over 1200 linear feet of 24” water line. The project also includes a 1500-kW emergency generator, concrete paving, landscaping, and the demolition of the existing Alsbury Pump Station.
